As the population of Electric Vehicles is on the rise, we have added a network of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations to our carparks to fuel our changing need of our Tenants and visitors. With a mix of 7.4kW and 22kW chargers currently installed, we are further expending our chargers to accommodate for DC chargers as well.

Solar Powered Solutions

Open-space carparks and rooftops can be transformed into power-generating assets through the installation of solar panels. For open-space carparks, a solar carport provides both vehicle protection and electricity generation, offering the combined benefits of shelter and energy savings. Implementing solar panels reduces electricity costs while optimizing the use of available space.
