Electric Vehicle Charging (EV)

As the population of Electric Vehicles is on the rise, we have added a network of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations to our carparks to fuel our changing need of our Tenants and visitors. With a mix of 7.4kW and 22kW chargers currently installed, we are further expending our chargers to accommodate for DC chargers as well.

Solar Powered Solutions

With rising cost from expanding operation footprint, we look towards a more sustainable future by embarking on the installation of Solar Panels on our rooftops. This electricity can be used to run the carpark and excess power can be sold back to the building or grid.
