This Privacy Policy describes the information that we have collected from you and how we may use that information during our normal operation of the business. This Privacy Policy applies to any personal information collected by LHNP regarding prospective employees, individuals who are customers of LHNP, clients, business partners, suppliers, contracts, shareholders, other people who may come into contact with LHNP.
By accessing and/or using the services available on our Site, you expressly consent your acceptance of LHNP's Term and Conditions, into which this Privacy Policy is incorporated and is an integral part of. You have also expressly consented to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions and/or the use and disclosure of your personal information, please do not use or access our Site.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience safer and easier. We only collect personal information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose. If you choose to use our services, we may require you to provide contact and identity information and other personal information as indicated on the forms throughout the Site. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. By submitting your personal information to us, you expressly agree to receive commercial communications and marketing materials from us. However, you can always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature. We gather data through a variety of different ways. For example, we may automatically track certain information based upon your behavior on the Site and based on the information, we will carry out internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve you and our community. 2. OUR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION Generally, we use your personal information to facilitate our provision of the services that are requested by you. We use your personal information in the file we maintain about you, and other information that we may obtain from time to time in connection with your current and past activities on the Site for our normal business operations. Such normal operations shall include: resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote safe trading; collect fees owed; measure consumer interest in our products and services, inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection. At times, we may look across multiple users to identify problems or resolve disputes, and in particular we may examine your personal information to identify users using multiple User IDs or aliases. We may compare and review your personal information for errors, omissions and for accuracy. You hereby agree that we are allow to use your personal information to improve on our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customize the Site's content, layout, and services. These uses improve the Site and better tailor it to meet your needs, so as to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safe and customized experience while using the Site. You also agree that we are allow to use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests, such as targeted banner advertisements, administrative notices, product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the Site. We share much of our data, including personal information about you, with our subsidiaries and joint ventures that are committed to serving your online trading needs and related services, throughout the world. In the event that LHNP goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company or sale of all or part of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred. In addition, we reserve the right to disclose information submitted by or concerning any user of this Site as required by law or when we reasonably believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our systems, our business or the right of the others. Third party Internet sites and services accessible through this site have separate privacy and data collection practices independent of us. LHNP has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies or actions. Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose personal information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the Site. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private. LHNP will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorized access, modification and disclosure. LHNP uses industry standard safeguards to ensure the security of personal information through physical, electronic and managerial procedures. LHNP will not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease or license any personal information collected at any of our offices.

 

4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY Your personal information is stored on LHNP servers located in Singapore. We use procedural and technical safeguards as we deem necessary to protect your personal information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure to protect your privacy, including encryption, "firewalls" and Secure Socket Layers. We treat data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We will also employ the appropriate security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside LHNP. If you are aware of any security breach, please let us know as soon as possible. We have internal procedures in place requiring our employees and data processors to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us. However, kindly note that "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet, as such, we cannot give an absolute assurance that the information you provide to us will be secure at all times, and we will not be responsible for any event arising from unauthorised access to your personal information. We will not be held responsible for events arising from third parties gaining unauthorised access to your personal information.

 

5. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy from time to time as we expand our services. In using our website, you agree and accept the changes which we made to our Privacy Policy from time to time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR PARKING SERVICES


Creation of User Accounts and Application of Season Parking Subscriptions

 

1. Season Parking Applications can only be made via the Online System ("System") owned and managed by LHN Parking Pte Ltd ("LHNP") after creation of a user account. All field marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory fields. Your email address and mobile phone number will be the unique account identifier and is how we will communicate with you.

 

2. In creating a User Account, you shall be deemed to have:
a. Declared that all information provided by you is accurate and true.
b. Consent to us collecting your personal data to be used in such manner so as to deliver our Season Parking Services to you.
c. Bound by the Terms and Conditions to our Season Parking Services herein.

 

3. It shall be your responsibility to update your particulars and contact details. We shall not be liable for any loss of any kind suffered from our inability to contact you.

 

4. Upon submitting an application for Season Parking application, we may require 1 working day to review and approve the application. Upon such approval, where applicable, of your application, we will send via email or any other communication medium, notice that your Season Parking application has been approved. You shall then be directed to make payment before the Season Parking Service is activated.

 

5. It shall not be construed that the submission of a Season Parking Application via our System is acceptance of your Season Parking Application.

 

6. Season Parking Services are only available for full calendar months. We may, at our sole discretion, allow Season Parking to be purchased for periods other than a full calendar month.

 

7. Applications for Season Parking Subscriptions under Tenant's allocation must be supported with documentary proof.

 

8. LHNP reserves the right to refuse/cancel any application/Season Parking Applications at its sole discretion.

 

Payment

 

1. Customers must make payment for Season Parking Applications by using the Online System which will redirect them to third party payment services.

 

2. LHNP reserves the right, at its discretion, to allow payment for Season Parking Subscriptions via other methods like Cheque payments, GIRO, etc.

 

3. Payment for Season Parking applications must be received by the last 2 working days of the preceding month so as to facilitate timely updating of Season Parking applications into the Electronic Parking Systems or other electronic systems employed to control access into the car park(s).

 

4. For new applications, payment must be made within 2 working days of approval. We shall not be responsible for the non-activation of the Season Parking Subscription due to failure to make payment within the prescribed timeframe or failure to receive the approval notification. Should payment not be received, your approval may be withdrawn and offered to another person.

 

5. Season Parking Applications shall be subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).

 

6. LHNP reserves the right to revise Season Parking fees. Upon such revision, we will contact you via the contact details made available to us in the System. The revision in fees shall have effect on all Season Parking fees including those that have been paid in advance after 30 days has expired from the date of notification. Season Parking Users may be required to make top-up payments over their advance payments if the Season Parking fees have been increased.

 

Change of vehicle

 

1. LHNP reserves the right of discretion with respect to request for change of vehicle.

 

2. Season Parking applications cannot be transferred to another person.

 

3. Change of vehicle can be effected for: a. New Purchase of vehicle b. Repair of vehicle

 

4. LHNP reserves the right to request for documentary proof to satisfy any request for change of vehicle.

 

5. Subject to approval, any changes of IU will require 2 working days' notice. LHNP shall be notified via email at:enquiries@lhnparking.com.sg or via other services it provides to customers to facilitate changes.

 

Suspension, Cancellation, Termination and Refund

 

1. 1. There shall be no refunds for any unused period of Season Parking fees. However, LHNP reserves the right to refund Season Parking fees in whole or in part after factoring in one (1) month's notice from the customer whereby an amount equivalent to one (1) month's season parking fees will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. Such refunds will be made by GIRO or any other means LHNP shall deem fit, after 30 days' notice of refund approval.

 

2. Season Parking applications must be maintained and paid for every month to retain the service. Suspension of season parking is not permitted.

 

3. LHNP will not entertain request for refund of hourly parking fees paid due to late payment or short notification of change of vehicle.

 

4. LHNP reserves the right to terminate any Season Parking application without the Season Parking Users' right to refund, immediately, if any Season Parking User has been found to have breached the Terms & Conditions set out herein.

 

5. LHNP reserves the right to terminate any Season Parking service of any customer who does not renew their season parking after one (1) day of each new service month.

 

General Usage of the Car Park

 

1. All car park users shall take due care when driving in the car park and obey any traffic signs or devices designed to advise car park users.

 

2. From time to time, the LHNP may be required to cordon off areas in the car park or car park lots for reasons such as remedial works, tree pruning, etc. During such occasions, there may be a reduction in available parking lots. While we will endeavor to minimize such inconvenience, it shall not be reason for the Season Parking User to submit claims for loss of use.

 

3. The building owner/LHNP and/or its agents shall have a lien over and the right to retain (by wheel clamping or otherwise) vehicle(s) as security for car parking fees due and owing. Once a lien has been exercised over the vehicle(s), the building owner/ LHNP and/or its agents reserve their rights to apply the lien held over the vehicle to enforce any outstanding car parking fees and/or monies payable to the building owner/ LHN and/or its agents. This includes any vehicles found parked for more than 24 hours or vehicles that have evaded payment of parking fees.

 

4. Vehicles found to be indiscriminately parked may be subject to wheel clamping. Upon payment of the Release Fee of S$200.00 or any other such amount that may vary from car park to car park.

 

5. LHNP reserves the right to impose a fee of S$200.00 per incident or any other published amount at the car parks on vehicle owners who evade payment of parking fees.

 

6. LHNP reserves the right to refuse any claims from car park users for cashcards that are stuck in car park kiosks/stations.

 

Disclaimer

 

1. LHN Parking Pte Ltd ("The Management") and/or the building owners ("The Owner") and/or their agent(s) accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to any vehicle or contents therein whilst parked in the car park or any injury and/or death caused to be suffered by in the car park not directly resulting from their negligence. Vehicle is parked at vehicle owner's risk. The use of this car park is subject to such terms and conditions as may be implemented or supplemented by THE MANAGEMENT or THE OWNER at any time.

Paid invoices can be accessed in the Cart Tab and Request History in the Home Tab on the Navigation Bar.

LOT$ will only keep the history of invoices/requests made through our app.

Any previous purchases made on our LHN Parking Web Portal will not be reflected in the LOT$ app.

As LOT$ is our new platform, no data from your web portal account will be imported over to the LOT$ app.

However, all season parking purchases made on our portal will still be valid for use until they expire.

Why are my registered vehicles on your web portal not reflected on the LOT$ app even though I had already registered them in the Web Portal?

As LOT$ is our new platform, no data from your web portal account will be imported over to the LOT$ app.

Please re-register on the mobile app.

What if I want to end my season parking service?

Follow the instructions below to terminate active season tickets.

Here's how you terminate active season tickets:

  1. Select Season Tab on the navigation bar
  2. Select 'Batch Renew/Terminate'
  3. Choose which active season ticket to terminate
  4. Select and confirm by selecting 'Batch Termination'

What if my vehicle does not have an IU Number?

For foreign vehicles without IU number, please key in your Cashcard or Autopass number in the IU number field in the form.

What happens if my registered vehicle is under repair or I purchase a new vehicle?

Follow the instructions below to change Vehicle/IU Number.

Here's how to change Vehicle Number or IU Number:

  1. Navigate to Season Tab on the Navigation bar
  2. Select the dropdown arrow beside the active season with the existing vehicle you want to swap out.
  3. Select 'Change Vehicle No. / IU No.'
  4. Enter new Vehicle No. & IU No. and confirm.

Preferential Rates

How do I apply for Tenant Rates or Day Season Parking?

Follow the instructions below to apply for preferential rates.

Here’s how to apply for preferential rates:

  1. Navigate to Account Tab on the Navigation Bar
  2. Scroll down until you reach an application form for preferential rates
  3. Select carpark and rate type, don’t forget to include supporting documents such as proof of tenancy before submitting application

Why does the carpark I want to purchase season parking not have Tenant rates or Day Season rates?

Tenant rates and Day Season Parking rates are only available at selected carparks.

Payment Enquiries

Is it safe to store my card details in the app?

Yes, your payment information is safe in our system.

Our app allows you to continue paying for your parking charges without having to enter your credit card details again.

You can also remove you credit card information any time.

 

Here's how to remove credit card information:

  1. Navigate to Account Tab on the Navigation Bar
  2. Scroll down until you reach ‘Card Manager’
  3. Select and confirm removal of credit card

How do I add my credit card details?

What is the Portal for?

The LHN Parking Portal is for convenient, 24 hour access to our Season Parking services.

 

What can I do on the Portal?

  1. Apply for Season Parking lots online.
  2. Pay for your Season Parking via Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
  3. Retrieve and view previous transactions and invoices
  4. Receive renewal reminders via email
  5. Request for a Change in Vehicle and IU details
  6. View our Terms and Conditions of Service

 

What do I need to do before I can apply for Season Parking?

  1. You will need to create a User Account here using a valid email address that you can access. Other details you will be required to supply are the usual; Name, Company Name, Address and a Password.
  2. You will also require on hand, your Vehicle Registration Number and the In-Vehicle (IU) number. This 10 digit number can be found on your IU and is printed on a white barcode label.

Once you submit your email address, you will receive a link to reset the password.

What is the application process like?

For new applications:

  1. Create an User Account
  2. Log into your account and go to "Season Parking" and make your selection on which vehicle you want to park, where you want to park at and the commencement date of your parking.
  3. Finally, click "CHECK OUT".
  4. Fill in your credit card details on the payment gateway.
  5. Season Parking is activated within 30 mins upon successful payment.

 

For renewal applications:

  1. Log into your account and go to “Season Parking” and then Renew Season Parking.
  2. Select which season parking you wish you to renew.
  3. Click "CHECK OUT"
  4. Fill in your credit card details on the payment gateway.
  5. Season Parking is activated within 30 mins upon successful payment.

Changing your season parking vehicle

Follow the instructions below on changing your season parking vehicle.

What happens if my car is under repair or I purchase a new vehicle?

Here we explain what you need to do to change your vehicle through your account.

You will need to make the changes in your account on your own.

 

Here's how:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to " My vehicles" on the left side menu
  3. Select "Change vehicle"


     
  4. Select the Existing vehicle that you want to swap out. Provide us with the new vehicle number and IU number (please be accurate).
  5. Click "Add"

We will conduct the change of vehicle within one working day

How to Reset Password

Follow the instructions below to reset your LOT$ App password.

1. Begin by selecting "Forgot Password," as indicated in the image below:

2. Enter all the necessary details as requested. (User Name is your phone number)

3. Request an OTP (One-Time Password) by clicking on "Get OTP" and enter the code you receive on your phone.

4. Once all fields are filled, click on "Reset Password.

5. Return to the Login page, enter your phone number, and input the new password you've just reset.
